To support ecosystem growth, the remote Business Development Specialist will build and manage a structured pipeline of prospective partners across various verticals, utilizing CRM tools and data-driven tracking systems while collaborating closely with internal teams. Key responsibilities Build and maintain a structured pipeline of prospective partners, managing the full lifecycle from prospect to activation Apply internet-thinking frameworks to relationship management, treating partner outreach as a funnel with clear metrics and tracking Develop and execute growth initiatives to expand the Orderly ecosystem and engage with various stakeholders to drive partnership activation Required qualifications Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese, with a preference for native-level English speakers 2+ years of experience in ecosystem growth, business development, partnerships, or portfolio support within the blockchain or tech industry Energetic and adaptable early-career professional with a strong drive to prove oneself Internet-native mindset with experience using CRM tools and data-driven relationship management Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, with a personable approach to managing multiple relationships
