Front of House Shift Supervisor

Leadership Requirements Full availability, 5 Days a Week, must open or close at least twice a week. High School Diploma At least one year of previous customer service experience At least one year of previous customer service management experience Applicant must be willing to learn all positions in the Front of House before stepping into leadership responsibilities. Applicant must have previous management experience. Required Traits Demonstrates a sincere passion for hospitality. Identifies & initiates solutions for operational needs in the Front of House Effectively coaches Team Members and Leaders in ways which they can improve. Has a willingness to receive and apply constructive feedback Operational Expectations & Tasks Coordinates and ensures all Customer Service Leader Expectations are completed. Manages all shifts, ensuring breaks are in compliance with state and federal law. Completes the daily and weekly cleaning checklist. Documents performance issues and coaches team members with the approved disciplinary system. Prepares for monthly meetings and one-on-ones Completes assignments given by the Front of House Director based on the need of the business. Counts Tills and Change fund on a twice-daily basis. Performs End of Day tasks Understands and Educates Team Members on brand standards. Leads and sets standard for the language and behaviors of hospitality. Opens and closes the restaurant in accordance with all safety procedures Maintains restaurant cleanliness in bathrooms, dining room, and parking lot. Handles conflict resolution and inputs customer retention into deferred system. Achieves and Maintains Speed of Service goals in the restaurant. Maintains a clean and food safe operating environment at all times.
