In this position, you'll greet guests, provide customer service, general location information, and direct guests to speak with our concierge team located in the lobby of our beautiful resorts. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy starting conversations and have the ability to build a quick connection with people.As a Marketing Representative, you'll be responsible for driving company success by performing the following tasks:Engage face-to-face with guests staying at our resort properties to promote opportunities to meet with our concierge team.Advise guests about available services, pointing them to Marketing Desk locations, and sharing promotional materialServe as a point of contact for resort guests and visitors to receive information on how to participate in resort promotions.Strong communication & teamwork skillsQualificationsWhat are we looking for?Hilton Grand Vacations is an authority in the vacation ownership industry, operating with an unwavering dedication to innovation, quality, and continued growth.
