NextGen Hospitality Solutions is looking for a skilled Restaurant Manager to join our vibrant team in Petoskey. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and manage staff
- Ensure high standards of food quality and customer service
- Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures
- Drive sales through effective marketing and promotions
- Manage inventory and control costs to maximize profitability
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff to enhance team performance
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive dining experience
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations and best practices
- Ability to manage budgets and financial reports
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience with inventory management and cost control
