Regional Sales Representative

At HireQuest Northwest, we believe great businesses are built on great relationships. We're looking for an energetic, self-motivated Regional Sales Representative to help expand our presence throughout Snohomish, Skagit, and Whatcom Counties.

If you enjoy meeting new people, solving workforce challenges, and opening doors with local businesses, this is an opportunity to build a territory while representing a company known for service, responsiveness, and community partnerships.

This position is based out of our Everett branch but spends much of the workweek in the field developing new business, strengthening client relationships, and supporting branch growth.

Compensation & Benefits

• $28.00–$32.00 per hour (DOE)

What You'll Do

• Develop new business throughout Snohomish, Skagit, and Whatcom Counties.
• Build relationships through in-person visits, networking events, cold calling, referrals, and community involvement.
• Generate new client partnerships and staffing opportunities.
• Maintain regular contact with existing clients to strengthen relationships and identify additional business opportunities.
• Partner closely with recruiting and branch operations to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Conduct client needs assessments and present customized workforce solutions.
• Track sales activity, opportunities, and pipeline progress.
• Represent HireQuest Northwest professionally throughout the community.

We're Looking For

• Proven success in outside sales, business development, staffing, recruiting, account management, or a relationship-driven sales environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with branch leadership.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in staffing, workforce solutions, construction, industrial services, logistics, manufacturing, or B2B sales.
• Existing business relationships within Snohomish, Skagit, or Whatcom Counties.
• Spanish bilingual skills are a plus but are not required.
