Key Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• Experience working within school environments or with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to develop and implement Individual Education Plan (IEP)-based interventions
• Flexibility and adaptability within a dynamic team setting

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to determine students’ needs and eligibility for PT services
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans focused on educational access and functional participation
• Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and required reports
• Provide consultative support, resources, and training to educational staff
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal planning
