*Monday - Thursday 10 hour shift each day

Job Summary
This position is responsible to for the coordination and performance of a wide range of accounting and financial functions for Catholic Charities programs.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each of the essential duties/responsibilities listed below. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties/responsibilities of this job.
- Primarily responsible for coordinating and or performing various monthly accounting operations including, GL account reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and monthly journal entries.
- Back up and assist Accounts Payable with annual process and submission and ensure maintenance of vendor accounts.
- Back up and assist with maintaining the P-Card platform and collection of documentation and coding as necessary.
- Monitor and track prepaid expenses.
- Reconcile monthly clearing account for housing transactions.
- Process and track unclaimed property and submission.
- Assist with annual budget process and programs support as needed.
- Manage fixed assets and vehicle tracking.
- Track and maintain tracking of all leases.
- AR invoice entry into general ledger.
- Oversight of CCFSC mail to department and check and cash log.
- Assists with the preparations for the annual audit and other finance department activities as required.

- Will regularly utilize all forms of communication (email, text, phone, etc.) and database practices necessary for this position and as directed by supervisor.

- Performs related functions necessary to support the mission and core values of Catholic Charities.
Job Qualifications

Education/Experience:

- A Bachelors Degree in Accounting or related business field is required.
- A minimum of three (3) years experience in accounting and strong knowledge of General Ledger; and at least two (2) years supervisory experience in a finance setting is strongly preferred; or, an equivalent combination of education and experience.
