Schedule & Availability This position supports airport parking operations that serve travelers seven days a week, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak travel periods. Flexibility to work varying schedules is preferred. The Spirit of the Position As a Valet Attendant, you are often the first and last person travelers interact with during their airport parking experience. Your professionalism, sense of urgency, and commitment to exceptional customer service help create a smooth and stress‑free experience for customers traveling to and from the airport. You will safely park and retrieve customer vehicles, assist travelers with luggage, provide directions and information, maintain organized traffic flow, and ensure every customer receives outstanding service. What You’ll Do Customer Experience Welcome customers with enthusiasm upon arrival and departure. Greet customers professionally and create a positive first impression. Assist customers with luggage and personal belongings as needed. Provide clear directions and information regarding parking services, shuttle locations, and facility operations. Build rapport with customers and deliver exceptional customer service. Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally while maintaining a positive attitude. Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle retrieval and operational updates. Valet Operations Safely park and retrieve customer vehicles in a timely manner. Issue valet tickets and explain the vehicle retrieval process. Manage vehicle keys according to company procedures. Conduct vehicle inspections and document existing vehicle conditions when required. Direct traffic and maintain organized vehicle flow in high-volume areas. Ensure parking areas remain clean, safe, and operationally efficient. Protect customer vehicles while they are in company care. Support teammates and assist during peak travel periods. Maintain professionalism while working independently or as part of a team. Follow all safety and operational procedures. Deliver service that exceeds customer expectations. Maintain awareness of airport operational demands and customer needs. Safe Driver You understand the importance of protecting customer property and operating vehicles responsibly and carefully. Qualifications Required Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. At least 2 years of driving experience. Ability to communicate effectively in English. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and peak travel periods. Ability to safely operate a variety of customer vehicles. Preferred Previous valet, airport, transportation, parking, customer service, or hospitality experience. Experience working in a fast‑paced customer‑facing environment. Experience driving both automatic and manual transmission vehicles. High School Diploma or GED. Success in This Role Looks Like Delivering exceptional customer experiences. Physical Requirements This role requires the ability to: Work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, rain, wind, and snow. Stand, walk, and run for extended periods. Lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds. Bend, stoop, squat, and move frequently throughout a shift. Safely enter and exit a wide variety of vehicles. Walk long distances throughout parking facilities and operational areas.
