Position: Assemblers
Shifts Available: 1st and 2nd Shift
Hours:
1st Shift: 5:00am – 3:30 pm
2nd Shift: 4:00pm – 2:30am
Pay Rate: $18.75 -$19.25 /hour + Paid Training + Bonus Opportunities
Opportunity Type: Long-Term with Direct Hire Potential
Locations: Minnetonka, MN 55345
**All training is conducted on first shift. Candidates must be flexible to attend training regardless of their assigned shift.**
Job Responsibilities:
- Assemble high-quality medical devices in a clean room environment while meeting strict quality and safety standards.
- Assemble, repair, test, solder, and inspect medical devices, including pacemakers, catheters, ICDs, and related components.
- Utilize microscopes and precision tools such as tweezers, cutters, and soldering equipment to perform detailed assembly and repair work.
- Perform mechanical assembly, coating, bonding, packaging, and final inspection of medical devices and accessories.
- Troubleshoot equipment, process issues, and product defects by examining components, identifying root causes, and performing corrective repairs.
- Maintain accurate production records and ensure all job documentation, procedures, and clean room operations remain current and compliant.
Requirements:
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English is required
- Must be available to attend a 4-day, onsite training in Minnetonka, MN (Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM) at the start of the assignment, regardless of assigned shift or work location
- Ability to successfully pass a knowledge based evaluation is required
