Requirements Must have: We require a masters degree in psychology, special education, or a related discipline. We require current BCBA certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. We value strong interpersonal and written communication skills. We look for established management capabilities. We need the ability to collaborate effectively as part of a treatment team. We prefer proficiency with systems such as Central Reach. Responsibilities We provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism and related disorders in home and community settings. We create, monitor, and revise instructional programs across language, social, and communication areas. We train paraprofessionals on how to implement instructional programs and behavior plans. We work directly under the guidance of our Executive Director and Clinical Director. We seek candidates who are organized, self-motivated, flexible, positive, and team-oriented.
