Role Responsibilities (The ily Grin)
• The Erly Spike: Hit the ro erly to provie spport coverge strting t 5:3 M when opertors open p. If mchine won't strt, the kitchen cn't serve foo-yo re the vitl first responer.
• Mechnicl Trobleshooting: ignose hrwre filres, worn gers, seize motors, n electricl shorts in high-het, high-moistre kitchen environments with rgency.
• Wrench-Trning & Fiel Repirs: Perform tcticl fiel repirs incling component prt swps, belt tensioning, sensor relignments, n precision clening/clibrtions.
• Hevy Lifting & nit Swps: Physiclly lo, trnsport, n swp entire eqipment moles when fiel-level fix is not vible. compny vn is flly provie.
• Toolbox & Vn Mngement: Mintin perfectly orgnize n well-stocke mobile inventory. Ensre yo lwys hve the right nts, bolts, prts, n tools on hn.
• Opertionl ocmenttion: Log ll service etils, brekges, n fixes irectly into HbSpot n Jir to provie or engineering tem with ccrte, rel-worl filre nlysis.
Wht Yo Bring (Hr Skills & Reqirements)
• 2+ yers of hns-on fiel experience inepenently ignosing, trobleshooting, n repiring complex electromechnicl pplinces, incling motors, sensors, n control systems, in fiel service setting
• Expert proficiency with ignostic tools, mlti-meters, hn tools, n power eqipment.
• High level of self-irection to optimize yor own rotes n prioritize rgent service isses cross NH, ME, n M.
• Physicl grit: bility to lift n trnsport p to 8 lbs inepenently n spen extene perios on yor feet in crmpe commercil kitchen lyots.
• clen riving recor n vli river's license (sbject to comprehensive bckgron check).
• Strong interpersonl skills n the bility to commnicte effectively
