Full Time or Part Time Dental Office Manager Position in Castle Rock, CO

The Perks & Prosperity:
Premium Hourly Rate: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour (DOE).
Total Support Benefits: A comprehensive package to back you up.
FT or PT Flexibility: Tailored scheduling built around your availability.
Prime Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM only.
No Weekends, Ever: Keep your Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays free.
Ideal Background & Qualifications:
We are looking for a leader who is well-versed in dental codes, billing procedures, and office software. We welcome experienced managers, but we are also highly supportive of rising stars!
1+ years of Dental Office Management experience OR a strong background in dental administration (Front Desk, Billing, or Treatment Coordinating) and a readiness to step up into leadership.
Solid grasp of dental insurance billing, terminology, and practice management software operations.
Exceptional communication skills and a compassionate approach to both children and adults.
