Senior Strategic Account Executive

Leica Biosystems seeks a Senior Strategic Account Executive to lead enterprise relationships with large healthcare systems and drive revenue growth across complex organizations. The role requires executive-level commercial leadership, strategic planning, and competitive market expansion within assigned geographies.
Responsibilities
- Own enterprise growth strategy, revenue performance, and market share expansion for largest healthcare organizations
- Develop and execute multi-year growth strategies focused on transformational opportunities and competitive conversions
- Lead complex strategic pursuits including enterprise agreements, health system initiatives, and executive-sponsored opportunities
- Build trusted relationships with C-suite leaders to influence customer strategy and commercial outcomes
- Mobilize cross-functional resources and senior leaders to advance opportunities and deliver sustained revenue growth
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; 10+ years healthcare sales or strategic account management experience
- Demonstrated success managing large health systems, IDNs, academic medical centers, or enterprise healthcare customers
- Proven ability to influence C-suite executives and build long-term strategic partnerships
- Experience leading complex enterprise agreements, system-wide initiatives, RFPs, or multi-year growth strategies
- Strong healthcare business acumen including health system economics and enterprise decision-making processes
- Valid driver's license with ability to travel 50-75% for customer engagements and meetings
