NOW HIRING – AEROSPACE MANUFACTURING POSITIONS

Open Positions - Manufacturing Associates:

• Assembler (Builder) : assembling, aligning, and adjusting parts, such as rubber components by following precise manufacturing procedures
• Production Finisher: Removes excess material, sharp edges, or imperfections from pre-assembler rubber components
• Machine Operators (Press and Mill) : Operate production equipment to manufacture aerospace components according to specifications. Responsible for loading materials, monitoring machine performance, performing quality checks, and ensuring products meet safety and quality standards.

Pay Rate:
$17.50 – $18.75 per hour

Schedule:
Monday – Friday (overtime as needed)

Available Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 4:00am to 12:30pm
• 2nd Shift: 1:30pm to 10:00pm

Pre-Employment Requirements:

• Successful completion of a background check
• Passing a pre-employment drug screening

• Due to ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) requirements, applicants must be a  U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) , or otherwise qualify as a U.S. Person under ITAR regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required for all positions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures
