Location: Westborough, MA - Inpatient Residential Treatment ProgramSchedule: Tuesday-Saturday, 8:00am-4:30pmPay rate: $21.00 - $23.00/hourBenefits:Health, dental, vision insurance/additional voluntary insurancesCompany-paid life insurance/employee assistance programsGenerous paid time off accrualTuition reimbursement/loan repayment options401k with company match up to 7%!Discounts on wide array of services/entertainment nationwideThe Case Manager is responsible for:Providing documented individual and group clinical services and case management to clients with mental health, substance abuse, or dual diagnosis problems.Developing implements and revising individual treatment plans for assigned clients in established time frames with the participation of the client.Referring clients to appropriate services in the community as necessary.Participating in multidisciplinary team treatment planning, case review and case conferences.Qualifications:LADC I or CADAC certification preferred, but not requiredAt least one year experience working in a substance abuse treatment, case management role or closely related fieldMinimum of a high school diploma, but bachelor’s degree preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Spectrum Health Systems
