• Dispute Resolution: Partner with internal business units and external vendors to resolve contract-related issues, maintaining positive relationships while protecting organizational interests. Stakeholder Collaboration
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Act as a central point of contact for Finance, Security, and business stakeholders, aligning contract strategies with operational needs and organizational growth goals.
• Strategic Advisory: Provide sound business recommendations and creative solutions for complex contractual blockers, acting as a trusted advisor to internal teams. Qualifications & Requirements

oSolid understanding of commercial contract law, data security concepts, and privacy regulations.
oProficiency in utilizing contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools and systems.
• Core Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to assess risk and provide creative business solutions; highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Attributes
