Join Our Primary Care Team
Our organization is currently in search of an Internal Medicine or Adult Family Practice physician to become a part of our Primary Care team located in Quincy, MA . We are a physician-led and patient-focused entity, eager to expand our practice with a collaborative individual who is committed to delivering impactful patient care. This position is perfect for those completing their training or those seeking to elevate their careers and embrace new opportunities.

- A dedicated support team is in place, including nurse triage, medical assistants, an on-site Practice Manager, and Physician Assistants.
- Behavioral health support is available through an on-site LICSW.
- We encourage academic pursuits, offering teaching opportunities to mentor Internal Medicine residents through a Community Primary Care elective.

Your Role in Transforming Patient Care- Establish meaningful connections with your patients.
- Address primary care needs through same-day or scheduled in-office and telehealth appointments.
- Engage in proactive care management, emphasizing preventative medicine and integrated population health.
- Collaborate with various community members and stakeholders.
- Uphold the core value of active community engagement by merging academic and community care for our patients.
- A genuine passion for primary care.
- A collaborative team player eager to work alongside diverse stakeholders and disciplines to ensure exceptional patient satisfaction.
- A current medical license in Massachusetts is preferred.
- Proficiency in a foreign language (such as Spanish or Chinese) is advantageous.

CompensationThe salary range for this position is between $260,000 and $290,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and will take into account various factors, including relevant experience, education, internal equity, and academic rank.
