VP of Marketing Operations

Job Overview

The VP of Marketing Operations will lead the company's global marketing strategy, operational excellence, and brand development initiatives. This executive will be responsible for integrated marketing operations, optimizing digital marketing performance, strengthening market positioning, and supporting the company's rapid expansion in the fintech and blockchain sectors in North America.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise-level marketing strategies to support business growth.
• Lead brand management, corporate communications, and public relations efforts.
• Responsible for digital marketing, content strategy, search engine optimization (SEO), paid advertising, and social media operations.
• Build marketing operations infrastructure, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and performance analytics tools.
• Manage lead development and customer acquisition programs.
• Collaborate with product, sales, technology, compliance, and executive teams.
• Build strategic partnerships with financial institutions, fintech companies, blockchain organizations, and technology partners.
• Manage marketing budgets and optimize ROI through data-driven decision-making.
• Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
• Represent the company at fintech conferences, investment forums, and industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of senior marketing leadership experience.
• Prior experience in fintech, financial services, SaaS, blockchain, digital assets, or technology industries is preferred.
• Proficient in CRM platforms, marketing automation, digital advertising, and analytics.
• A proven track record of building scalable marketing operations.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional and international teams is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual Salary: $220,000 - $320,000
