Customer Service Representative LHH is seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience across all interactions. Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner Resolve customer issues related to orders, billing, products, or services Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or internal systems Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, logistics) to resolve issues efficiently Provide product or service information to customers Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer experience Qualifications 13+ years of customer service, call center, or administrative experience Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Preferred Qualifications Experience with ERP or ticketing systems Previous experience in a call center or high-volume environment Pay/Benefits Pay: $20/hr - $24/hr depending on experience Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan.
