We are currently seeking an experienced Part‑Time Customer Service Representative to join our friendly, upbeat, and fast‑paced team. About The Role As our Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient experience for both clients and their pets. About You – The ideal candidate Has prior customer service experience in a veterinary setting Thrives in an upbeat, fast‑paced environment with frequent client interaction Is comfortable scheduling appointments, answering phones, and processing payments Is a self‑motivated team player who enjoys collaborating with veterinary professionals Possesses excellent communication skills and can multitask effectively Is compassionate, patient, empathetic, and enjoys working with pets and their people Has experience with AviMark software (or is willing to learn) Is available to work evenings and weekends Schedule & Compensation Job Type: Part‑time Pay: $18–$20 per hour Schedule May Include Day shifts Evening shifts Weekends Holidays Monday–Friday availability Required Experience Veterinary experience: 1 year (required) Front desk/customer service experience: 2 years (required) Preferred Availability Day shifts Evening shifts Weekends Work Location On‑site in River Forest, IL #J-18808-Ljbffr
