Position Overview We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is focused on customer service, inbound call handling, and helping convert inquiries into booked jobs. You will be the first point of contact for homeowners seeking handyman and general contracting services, helping guide them through our service offerings and scheduling process. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is highly organized, and is motivated by helping grow a local service business.
