Senior Designer - Consumer Marketing Creative 6-Month Contract
Hybrid | 4 Days Onsite (Mon-Thurs), Friday Remote We are seeking a Senior Designer to create engaging, high-impact digital marketing campaigns across web, email, mobile, social media, and paid channels. This role is ideal for a creative professional with strong visual design skills, experience leading campaigns, and a passion for mentoring junior designers while leveraging the latest AI-powered design tools. Responsibilities:
- Design and develop digital marketing assets, including graphics, animations, videos, emails, and social media content
- Create visually compelling campaigns that drive customer engagement and business growth
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and project teams to develop innovative concepts and optimize campaign performance
- Mentor junior designers and help establish creative best practices
- Stay current on design trends, AI-assisted creative tools, and emerging technologies
- Ensure all creative assets align with brand standards and business objectives
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- 8-10 years of experience in digital, marketing, or brand design
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital campaigns across multiple channels
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects
- Experience with motion graphics, animation, and UX/UI principles
- Basic knowledge of HTML is a plus
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools and creative workflows
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
