How you'll make an impact in this role

• • Administers direct nursing care across pre-procedure preparation, intra-procedure, and PACU recovery in strict accordance with hospital policies and procedural protocols.
  • Serves as the primary clinical hub coordinating physicians, anesthesia, pathology, and support staff to carry out orders, process specimens, and maintain seamless procedural workflows.
  • Continuously monitors and documents patient status, communicates critical updates via SBAR, and evaluates post-sedation discharge readiness to ensure safe patient handoffs and clear home-care education.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job
  transfer date required.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of
  hire.

What additional preferences we're seeking

• 1 year direct care in endoscopy or procedural area, ED or ICU or 3 years medical surgical experience.
