Join Gilead and help create possible, together.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement global HEOR strategies and programs for Gilead inflammation products to inform, support and strengthen commercialization activities including clinical development, marketing and market accessPartner closely with cross-functional business partners to develop and support product value proposition to optimize access, reimbursement and uptakeIdentify global HEOR evidence requirements and gaps; design, conduct and deliver studies, models and tools to support value demonstration and product differentiation for assigned indicationProvide HEOR input into clinical development programsPartner with HEOR COE to guide development of PRO strategies; ensure PRO end points are included in product labeling and support product differentiationMaintain up-to-date awareness of industry regulatory issues and research relationships with HEOR KOLsDisseminate HEOR data and study resultsKnowledge, Skills and Experience12+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or managed care, including direct experience in HEORStrong understanding of HEOR assessments and technical expertise in design and execution of HEOR studies and modelsExperience in developing global and AMCP dossiersComprehensive understanding of US/global healthcare systems and reimbursement processes/decision makingExcellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skillsExperience in therapeutic area and/or US managed careB.A. or B.S. required in life sciences, engineering or other related discipline; Advanced degree in HEOR-related field preferredThe salary range for this position is:Bay Area: $226,185.00 - $292,710.00.Other US Locations: $205,615.00 - $266,090.00.Gilead considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, discretionary stock-based long-term incentives (eligibility may vary based on role), paid time off, and a benefits package.
