Information Technology Support Technician

This will be fully onsite, and their office hours are Monday – Friday from 8:30 am – 5:30 pm Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 plus discretionary bonus (around 4%) F MUST HAVES: Must be able to speak on leveraging AI tools to troubleshoot laptop, network, and general technical issues. Key Factors: The installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of desktop/laptops computers, peripheral equipment and software within established standards and guidelines Platforms in a multi-layered client server environment Works with procurement staff to purchase hardware and software Maintain an updated electronic equipment inventory in the asset management system Maintaining endpoint inventory in support of C‑Suite users Must have a strong focus on quality customer service Experience supporting remote users (Windows and Mac) Experience basic with networking (TCP/IP protocols, LAN/WAN Configuration, DHCP), VPN, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, network troubleshooting Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients and other departments Strong written and oral communication skills Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high‑pressure environment is crucial Manage Engines Tools (AD Manager, Endpoint Central or other Jamfnow, Intune MDM Solutions) #J-18808-Ljbffr
