The provider will serve in a float role, covering multiple clinic sites and working alongside dedicated support staff and integrated care teams including nursing, behavioral health, and dietitian services. Candidates with a passion for serving underserved populations are highly desired, with bilingual Spanish skills and community health/FQHC experience considered a plus.
