Role Description
The Arizona Department of Administration is seeking an experienced BI Developer to support the CGI Advantage 4.0 HRM, Snowflake, and Microsoft Power BI environment. The consultant will develop and enhance ERP/HR data integrations, reporting, dashboards, semantic models, and data pipelines while working closely with ERP, HR, data, and business stakeholders.

Requirements
- 100% Remote – Local Phoenix candidates only
- Candidates must currently reside in the Phoenix area.
- Resume must clearly specify current location; candidates without a current location listed will not be considered.
- Candidates must be available for an in-person interview within one week of the posting close date.
- Candidates must be able to start within two weeks of receiving an offer.
- Tentative start date depends on interviews, onboarding, and State agency PO issuance.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance HR/ERP data integrations, reporting, and analytics solutions.
- Build and optimize Power BI dashboards, reports, semantic models, and DAX.
- Develop and maintain Snowflake SQL, data pipelines, and reporting datasets.
- Work with CGI Advantage 4.0 HRM data structures and interfaces.
- Translate business requirements into scalable BI and data solutions.
- Troubleshoot data quality, reporting, and integration issues.
- Collaborate with ERP, HR, data, and business stakeholders.
- Support data analysis, modeling, and reporting requirements.
- Maintain data quality and ensure accurate reporting outputs.
