With 2,000+ lots in the pipeline and a goal of scaling from ~220–240 closings/year to 500+ annually, the division is investing heavily in building out its construction leadership team — and this role is central to that growth.The RoleThe Director of Construction will take ownership of field construction operations for the division, leading and developing a team of 6 Construction Managers and 2 Assistant Construction Managers, with support from an Area Construction Manager.
