Practice Areas Personal Injury Defense General Liability Trucking & Transportation Products Liability Construction Litigation What You'll Do Manage cases from inception through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery Take and defend depositions Attend hearings, mediations, and trial appearances Prepare client reports and litigation strategies Collaborate closely with experienced shareholders and litigation teams What We're Looking For J.D. and licensed to practice in Texas 1-4+ years of civil litigation experience Strong legal writing and analytical skills Ability to independently manage an active caseload Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills Why Consider This Role?
