Summary

Technician manually diagnoses issues with electronic devices. Position accurately diagnoses and troubleshoots device issues and makes necessary repairs.

Daily Responsibilities

• Inspect electronic devices and determine if probably accident or malfunction.
• Troubleshoot and analyze the validity of claim for repair or replacement.
• Estimate monetary value of damages for repair.
• Must be able to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• QC and test electronic device after repairs.
• Familiar with the triage process on all models.
• Able to help Engineer led to audit other techs performance.
• Able to train new hire tech.
• Other duties as assigned.

Warehouse Efficiencies

• Builds and maintains a work environment that is positive and is supported by open feedback and two-way communications at all levels.
• Keeps warehouse always organized and clean.

Team Building/Leadership

• Responsible for maintaining a positive work environment while supporting the companys culture.
• Responsible for fostering a healthy and safe work environment, focusing on the well-being of all associates.

Qualifications

Education or Experience or Demonstrated Skill Set

• Must be high school graduate or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills are necessary.
• Demonstrated skill set while working with Temp Agency

Essential Skills:

• Needs good data entry skills.
• It must be detail oriented and organized.
• Must be able to multi-task and work efficiently and demonstrate excellent time management skills
• Must be hands on and have ambition and drive to succeed Makes things happen.
• Must be goal oriented and be accustomed to achieving results through teamwork.

Working Conditions

Must be able to tolerate moderate to high noise levels in a warehouse environment. Office and outside environmental conditions found in the warehouse, hot in the summer, cold in the winter. Individuals may need to walk for an extensive period while working and walking the facilities; to reach over shoulder heights; bend or stoop below the waist; repetitive wrist, hand, or finger movement; occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
