As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. You will execute various test cases and scenarios to validate that systems meet specified requirements. Within our Operations practice, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative software products and solutions, driving product innovation to meet the evolving needs of clients.Responsibilities- Leading the development and execution of testing strategies for banking platform transformations- Managing and coordinating test case generation and execution to validate system functionality- Utilizing automation testing tools to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address defects and performance issues- Implementing quality assurance best practices to enhance software reliability and system architecture- Coaching team members to leverage their strengths and improve testing methodologies- Analyzing test results to identify opportunities for system improvements and optimizations- Overseeing documentation testing to confirm compliance with specified requirements- Facilitating communication between stakeholders to align testing objectives with business goals- Encouraging innovation and embracing change to drive continuous improvement in testing processesWhat You Must Have- At least a Bachelor's degree- At least 4 years of experienceWhat Sets You Apart- Utilizing Agile methodologies for efficient project management- Embracing automation testing to enhance software quality- Demonstrating analytical thinking for complex problem-solving- Leveraging strategic questioning to drive innovation- Managing defect analysis and debugging processes- Excelling in communication and relationship building- Developing skills in quality assurance investigationsTravel RequirementsUp to 40%Job Posting End DateThe salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
