As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you'll support individuals with developmental disabilities, behavioral challenges, and complex needs in their homes and throughout the community. You'll provide hands-on assistance while encouraging independence, building meaningful relationships, and helping individuals reach their personal goals.

What You'll Do

As a DSP, you'll play an important role in helping individuals thrive by:

• Building meaningful, trusting relationships with the individuals you support
• Assisting with personal care, hygiene, meals, medication reminders, and daily routines
• Encouraging independence through life skills such as budgeting, communication, nutrition, and healthy living
• Supporting community involvement, recreational activities, and social engagement
• Providing patient, respectful support to individuals with behavioral or complex needs
• Creating a safe, positive, and supportive home environment
• Working alongside your team to help individuals achieve their personal goals

We’re looking for people who are:

• Comfortable working with individuals with behavioral or complex needs

• Flexible and able to adapt in real time
• Responsible, reliable, and consistent

What You'll Need:

• High School Diploma or GED 
• Valid driver's license (held for at least one year)
• Access to a registered, insured vehicle
• Ability to support individuals in home and community settings 

Experience in caregiving, healthcare, CNA work, behavioral health, or human services is helpful but not required. We provide training and support so you can succeed.
