Position Description In this great opportunity you would be fully engaged and responsible for successfully coordinating and directing activities within your assigned region through subordinate managers. You will continually monitor operating units and selectively negotiate as needed for matters relating to account operations to assure highest client and customer satisfaction levels and account retention, strong employee relations, achievement of financial goals and future business growth plans. In carrying out assigned responsibilities, you must ensure that all personnel under your operational control comply with all clients, government, corporate and division policies, and procedures. Consistent Achiever Ensures prompt, friendly service according to company guidelines Ensures timely product preparation and presentation meets company standards. Ensures product preparation meets sales volume by use of forecasting tools Ensures maintenance of restaurant cleanliness and sanitation according to company guidelines and government standards Schedules staffing in an effective manner ensuring sales volume and service levels Skilled Communicator Handles verbal and written guest complaints immediately Communicates effectively with other management staff Culture Champ Teaches and enforces alcohol awareness. Builds a positive relationship with local authorities by seeking their assistance in alcohol related issues Assures the compliance with the local, state and federal laws, regulations and guidelines Completes daily reports and documents on a timely basis Ensures the adherence of all cash handling procedures Maintains effective safety and security programs according to company policy and government Keeps up to date with all relative computer application, forms, and spreadsheets Talent Developer Directs overall activities and performance of hourly staff Directs hiring, assignment, training, motivation, evaluation, promotions, and discipline of restaurant personnel Strategic Planner Monitors and maintains adequate food and beverage inventories Completes all other assigned duties and responsibilities Skills and Requirements Minimum of 2 years of management and/or leadership experience required (service industry preferred) Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license Must provide proof upon hire of legal status to work in the United States Must be able to pass a background check and MVR check Must have reliable transportation to and from work High School Diploma or GED preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to maintain deadlines and prioritize while running an effective shift Must perform the duties on site, in accordance with customary scheduling requirements for this position (including ability to work many different shifts) Standing and walking for long periods without a break Work at a fast pace and may involve exposure to noise, heat, cold or other elements May be required to transfer from one location to another as business needs dictate Requires bending, kneeling, reaching, lifting (up to 25 pounds, as necessary) Ability to travel to other restaurants, meeting venues, etc. The employee is responsible for performing the essential functions of this position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
