Customer Account Representative

A growing manufacturing company is seeking a Customer Account Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for customers and ensure a seamless order-to-delivery experience. Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding orders, pricing, availability, and product information.
• Process and manage customer orders, forecasts, and inventory requirements.
• Review purchase orders for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with production, planning, and other internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.
• Provide order status updates and delivery information to customers.
• Maintain accurate customer and order data within ERP systems and other platforms.
• Support scheduling, inventory management, and BOM-related activities.
• Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of customer service, account management, or related experience.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• ERP experience required.
• Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
