What You’ll Do: Analyze claim data, dashboards, and reporting tools to identify trends, gaps, and incremental billing opportunities Identify missing First Notice of Loss opportunities through data review and coordinate with operations to resolve documentation gaps Use data insights to influence operational behavior and drive improvements in damage identification and claim accuracy Translate analytics into actionable recommendations that improve billing dollars, net collections, and overall claim outcomes Monitor and evaluate key performance metrics at the location and regional level, driving accountability through data transparency Train and support field teams on the Damage Management Portal with a focus on improving data quality and reducing unallocated damages Investigate complex claims using multiple data sources (systems, video, operational input) to accurately attribute liability Partner cross‑functionally (operations, finance, legal, IT, analytics teams) to improve processes and standardize best practices Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and recommending scalable, data‑backed solutions Perks You’ll Get: Access to Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability insurance Eligible to elect other voluntary benefits including Group Auto Insurance, Group Home Insurance, Pet Insurance, Legal Assistance, Identity Theft Protection, FSA, Accident Insurance, Critical Illness Insurance, and additional life insurance coverages 401(k) Retirement Plan with company matched contributions Full training to learn the business and enhance professional skills Employee discounts, including discounted prices on the purchase of Avis/Budget cars Access to an Employee Assistance Program for services including counseling, financial and legal consultation, referrals for care service and more Competitive salary as well as bonus potential What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree 1–2 years of experience in claims, analytics, finance, or a data‑driven operational role Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and make informed decisions Experience working with dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics to drive business outcomes Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including data manipulation, analysis, and reporting) Basic proficiency in SQL for querying data from relational databases Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI preferred Demonstrated ability to turn data into clear insights and communicate findings to non‑technical stakeholders Strong problem‑solving skills with a proactive, investigative approach Ability to balance data analysis with execution in a fast‑paced environment Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills Highly organized, self‑motivated, and comfortable working both independently and with teams Compensation The annual starting salary for this position is $52,000.00 annually.
