Moderate The facility is receiving a steady flow of submissions - a good time to get yours in Description American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a community hospital setting requiring ARRT-CT, ARRT-R certification and 1+ years of experience. Details Community hospital setting within the CT Tech unit Work in Adult Acute Care, Emergency Department, ICU, and Pediatric Acute Care settings Performs abdomen and pelvis CT scans without and/or with contrast Uses GE and Siemens equipment along with PACS system McKesson charting system required 4x10 hour day shifts, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM Candidates must be willing to float within the hospital and within their scope of practice Requirements Minimum of 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist ARRT-CT and ARRT-R certifications required BLS certification required Maryland or Compact license required and must be active and in hand at submission; license required if applicable Community hospital experience required Experience with contrast media preparation and administration Radiation safety knowledge required Two supervisor references required for consideration Additional Information Perform CT imaging procedures including abdomen and pelvis scans Tobacco-free facility; candidates must be nicotine-free, with a positive nicotine screen resulting in cancellation Former employees must be separated from the facility for at least 1 year No mile radius rule for eligibility Local candidates accepted at the same bill rate Modules average 4-6 hours and are completed during orientation and annually through WorkDay Pay Overview $2,957/wk Assignment Total (13 Weeks) $38,441 Annual Equivalent (52 Weeks) $153,764 Weekly Breakdown Weekly Wages $1,200/wk Regular Hours $30.00 x 40 hours/wk = $1,200 Weekly Stipends $1,757/wk Lodging $183.00 x 7 days = $1,281 Meals & Incidentals
