This role is built for someone who understands materials coordination, scheduling, job flow, and the operational heartbeat behind successful roofing projects. What You’ll Do Support multiple production managers and active jobs at once Coordinate materials, suppliers, deliveries, and job readiness Manage job flow from assignment → build → final completion Maintain correct documentation, photos, permits, and warranties Communicate professionally with homeowners, crews, and vendors Assist with scheduling builds, inspections, and follow‑up work Update CRM systems and job files in real time Troubleshoot job issues quickly and elevate when needed This is a role where your speed, accuracy, and problem‑solving directly impact project success.
