Job Description:
- Strong Salesforce platform knowledge (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
- Program and project management expertise.
- Stakeholder and executive management.
- Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
- Risk and dependency management.
- Business process analysis and transformation.
- Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
