Server – BADMAASH

BADMAASH is looking for an experienced, energetic, and hospitality-driven Server to join our team. Part-time and full-time positions available.

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys taking care of people, thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment, and understands how great service can completely shape a guest's experience. Our ideal candidate is warm, confident, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable guiding guests through our menu.

Responsibilities

Provide warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service throughout the guest experience
Guide guests through the menu and make thoughtful food and beverage recommendations
Maintain strong knowledge of menu ingredients, preparation, allergens, and dietary accommodations
Accurately enter all food and beverage orders into the POS
Communicate clearly with the kitchen, bar, hosts, managers, and fellow servers
Monitor tables throughout service and anticipate guest needs
Handle payments accurately and efficiently
Follow all restaurant policies regarding comps, voids, discounts, and guest notes
Maintain clean, organized, and properly set tables and service areas
Complete opening, closing, and assigned side work
Work collaboratively with the entire FOH and BOH team
Help create the fun, welcoming, high-energy hospitality BADMAASH is known for

What We're Looking For

Previous serving experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant preferred
Strong hospitality and communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and accountable
Comfortable working in a busy, team-oriented environment
Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
Strong food and beverage knowledge, or enthusiasm for learning
Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
Weekend and evening availability
Familiarity with Toast and OpenTable is a plus
