They drive results by anticipating challenges, prioritizing workload effectively, and leveraging business knowledge to deliver creative solutions that meet objectives and position the team as a trusted partner. This role fosters an inclusive, collaborative environment, holds teams accountable, and inspires high performance through clear decision-making, integrity, and constructive feedback.**Key Responsibilities*** Leads team to deliver strong creative that is strategically sound* Consistently delivers work across multiple channels and lines of business* Demonstrates ability to set a clear vision for the team and to improve creative ideas* Leverages knowledge of the business to offer solutions to the team**Drive for Results*** Addresses potential challenges while adjusting team priorities and processes accordingly* Utilizes knowledge of our business to proactively offer innovative solutions to challenges* Consistently delivers creative that meets goals and delivers on business objectives* Holds the team accountable in driving results* Demonstrates that the team is a valuable, strategic partner to stakeholders**Leadership & Collaboration*** Supports others' ideas and creates an environment that encourages collaboration* Effectively uses collaboration to the benefit of business, ensuring efficiency and profitability* Leads events, initiatives and/or other cultural and team-building activities* A strong, inclusive leader who drives the work and is accountable for the success of the team* Able to manage and inspire a productive team* Provides honest evaluations to team members on their performance and goals* Drives prioritization for the team and leads the team through changes* Displays a high degree of integrity and is respected by teams/peers* Decision-maker who has a point of view and knows when to share it**Qualifications*** Degree in related field* 6-10+ years of experience with ad agencies or in-house creative teams* Strong overall creative direction* Experience leading brands, projects, and creative teams* Portfolio with highly creative campaigns and versatility across all media* Background as an art director* Conversant in industry trends and current technology* Fluent with integrating data and analytics into creative ideas and executionThis is a hybrid role. Tuesday through Thursday are in-office days at BJ's Club Support Center in Marlborough, MA and Monday and Friday are remote days.In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJ’s Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications.
