Job Type: Full-time To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each job specification satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. SKILLS Ability to respond to customers via email. Ability to speak to groups, influence results and respond to questions. Ability to self-train, establish priorities, meet deadlines. Computer skills, i.e., Word, Outlook, Excel, ability to utilize software or technical applications and systems at an intermediate level, as needed. Bilingual: English/Spanish Preferred. COMPETENCIES Requires knowledge acquired through prior job experience and educational background. Ability to understand and carry out detailed written and verbal instructions and to deal with problems involving a few variables in standardized situations. Critical thinking. Ability to effectively present ideas, facilitate group decision-making process or negotiate with internal and/or external customers. Occasionally involved in providing basic knowledge and may help less experienced team members. Use of judgment is often necessary in non-routine situations and may also involve consequences to work or organization, due to error. Requires individual to frequently juggle shifting priorities and deadlines and deal with various complex issues at a departmental or functional level. Makes decisions, which are a result of the individual’s exercise of discretion, and independent judgment, and are subject to review by management. EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE Associates degree or any equivalent combination or experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
