Ecommerce Manager

We're looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to take ownership of our Shopify site and marketplaces This is a hands-on, commercially focused role for someone who knows how to manage and scale e-commerce marketplaces, optimise performance, launch new channels and turn data into revenue growth. You'll own the day-to-day performance of the Shopify DTC website alongside a diverse marketplace portfolio including Walmart Marketplace, Walmart 1P, Target Plus, Nordstrom, Wayfair, Faire, Bed Bath & Beyond, Lowe's Marketplace, TikTok Shop, Babylist and GAP Marketplace . You'll also play a key role in identifying, onboarding and launching new marketplace opportunities. What you'll be doing: Own and manage day-to-day operations across all e-commerce channels Launch new products and onboard new marketplaces from setup through to go-live Optimise product listings, content, keywords, imagery and merchandising for SEO and conversion Develop strategies to increase revenue, conversion rates, AOV and market share Monitor inventory, availability and marketplace account health Plan and coordinate promotions, seasonal campaigns, bundles and pricing initiatives Analyse revenue, traffic, conversion, margin, advertising performance, fees, returns and product performance Produce weekly KPI reporting and monthly business reviews with actionable recommendations What we're looking for: 4+ years' e-commerce marketplace experience Strong, hands-on Shopify experience Experience managing multiple online marketplaces Excellent analytical and Excel skills Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously A proactive, organised and growth-focused approach Experience launching new marketplaces is highly desirable This is a great opportunity for an e-commerce professional who enjoys taking ownership, building scalable marketplace operations and directly influencing revenue growth. #J-18808-Ljbffr Embed Talent
