What You'll Be Doing Handle a dedicated docket of mesothelioma and asbestos cancer cases from initial client intake through settlement or trial Develop and document asbestos exposure histories in coordination with the firm's investigative team Draft and argue pre-trial motions, discovery responses, and other litigation documents Conduct and defend depositions of clients, experts, and fact witnesses Collaborate closely with medical experts, pathologists, and occupational health consultants Advocate on behalf of seriously ill clients and their families at every stage of the litigation process What We're Looking For Active California Bar license (required) Plaintiff-side litigation background strongly preferred; experience in asbestos, toxic tort, mass tort, or personal injury is a significant advantage Strong deposition and courtroom presence Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with empathy and precision Genuine passion for representing those facing life‑altering illness Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary: $140,000–$230,000 annually, based on experience Full benefits package (health, dental, and vision) Contingency‑fee firm with strong earning potential Collaborative, mission‑driven team environment Significant professional development and long‑term growth opportunities About This is a confidential search.
