Position Overview We are seeking a dependableMedical Assistantto join our growing team. Compensation & Benefits Pay: $23–$24 per hour (based on experience) Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid Time Off & Holidays Life & Disability Coverage 401(k) Retirement Plan with Company Match Ongoing training and career growth opportunities Supportive, mission-driven team culture Key Responsibilities Welcome and prepare patients for exams in a busy medical office Record vital signs and patient history accurately in the EMR system Assist providers with exams, phlebotomy, and clinical procedures Schedule surgeries and manage pre-op documentation Educate patients on post-visit instructions and follow-up care Maintain exam rooms, manage supplies, and ensure cleanliness Provide consistent, compassionate healthcare to a diverse patient population Ensure HIPAA compliance and timely documentation Qualifications Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) preferred 2–3 years of clinical or medical office experience required Experience with phlebotomy and direct patient care Proficiency in EMR systems and medical terminology Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred Why Join Doral?
