Registered Nurse Consultant

VitaCare Living is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to support our assisted living and memory care communities in Cross Plains, Wisconsin, as a contracted RN Consultant. This role focuses on clinical oversight, regulatory compliance, staff education, and quality improvement to help ensure residents receive safe, respectful, individualized care. You’ll partner with community leaders and caregivers to strengthen clinical practices, maintain survey readiness, and meet Wisconsin DHS 83 requirements. If you’re knowledgeable about CBRF regulations and enjoy helping teams turn clinical standards into everyday practice, we’d love to hear from you.

What we offer Pay: $45 per hour

Schedule: Part-time, approximately 12 hours per week minimum

Work arrangement: Combination of on-site community visits and remote work based on community needs
