Senior Middle Office Associate - Listed Products & FX Riva Recruiting is partnering with a top hedge fund in NYC to hire a senior Middle Office professional to take ownership of activity across Listed Securities, Cash Equities, Futures, FX, and Listed Options. This is a hands-on leadership seat for someone with deep operational expertise who wants to shape process, automation, and scale at a sophisticated multi-strategy platform. About the Opportunity You'll sit at the center of the firm's listed products and FX flow, with broad responsibility across the trade lifecycle and the operational events that surround it. The role blends day-to-day execution with longer-horizon work: building scalable workflows, supporting new product and fund launches, and partnering with technology and trading to evolve the platform. Expect a high-trust environment where judgment and clean execution are equally valued. What You'll Own Trade lifecycle activity across Cash Equities, Futures, FX (Spot, Forwards, NDFs), and Listed Options Lifecycle and periodic events including corporate actions, futures rolls, option assignments and exercises, and futures deliveries Position, cash, and exchange/clearing reconciliations Trade matching and allocations across industry platforms, with focus on minimizing risk and resolving exceptions efficiently New product, new market, and new fund launch support Process improvement and automation initiatives in partnership with technology Who You Are 7-15 years of middle or back office experience across listed products and FX at a hedge fund, asset manager, prime broker, or fund administrator Deep working knowledge of Cash Equities, Futures, FX, and Listed Options, with command of the relevant calculations (margin, FX conversion, P&L) Solid grounding in global market mechanics - settlement cycles, exchange rules, and clearinghouse dynamics Strong Excel skills; Python, SQL, or VBA is a meaningful plus Comfort across the standard toolkit - Bloomberg, Traiana, Omgeo/CTM, and OMS/EMS platforms A builder's mindset - instinct for scalable process rather than manual workarounds Strong written and verbal communication and a collaborative orientation This is a meaningful seat at a globally respected investment platform, with the visibility and scope to grow further into operations leadership. #J-18808-Ljbffr Riva Recruiting
