Senior Middle Office/Operations Associate

A Financial Services Firm based in New York City is seeking an experienced professional to join their team as a Senior Middle Office / Operations Associate. Responsibilities Support full trade lifecycle across multiple asset classes, including booking, reconciliations, and corporate actions Partner with portfolio managers, traders, and fund accounting to manage P&L, risk, and valuations Lead process improvements and operational enhancements in a growing team environment Assist with portfolio monitoring, reporting, and investment support across liquid and structured products Provide strategic middle office support for a wide array of fund products, ensuring operational accuracy and efficiency Collaborate with technology, compliance, and back-office teams to enhance systems and workflows Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with a demonstrated record of strong academic achievement 5–15 years of hedge fund middle office / operations experience supporting multiple products Proven expertise in trade lifecycle management, reconciliations, P&L, risk reporting, and portfolio operations Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and intellectual horsepower Experience in building or scaling operations teams is a strong plus Background from best-in‑class hedge funds or alternative investment firms preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Nextera Search
