Our company is looking for a talented Strategic Project Manager to join our dynamic hospitality team. This position sits at the intersection of strategic project execution, data management, and business intelligence, ensuring our team has the tools, insights, and supplier relationships to scale effectively across our luxury hotel portfolio.

You should enjoy managing cross-functional workflows across supplier, platform, and hotel initiatives, structuring and refining complex data sets, and bringing clarity to fast-moving projects. A sharp eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset are essential. Familiarity with hospitality operationsespecially revenue management, third-party distribution, and supplier ecosystemsis a strong plus.

Founded in 2020, as a Dayblink Ventures company, DayBlink GPO manages supplier relationships for luxury hotels, so they can focus on what really matters their guests. We are the first (and only) global luxury hospitality sourcing provider for independent luxury hotels. We're on a mission to help them sustain and scale their businesses by leveraging billions in spending and negotiating competitively priced contracts with hundreds of high-quality and big-brand suppliers. Your relevant skills in consulting, project management, and data management, exceptional business acumen, and knowledge of the hospitality industry and emergent trends have propelled your success in school or prior employment. You are an enthusiastic self-starter with the ability to work on your own initiative while acting as a collaborative team player who easily interacts with senior management.

Here's What We Expect From Our DayBlink GPO Strategic Project Managers:

• Project management of procurement and onboarding of over 100+ key supplier relationships
• Oversee purchasing data for our hotel clients, ensuring insights into spend efficiency and supplier preferences
• Reconcile reservations from distribution partners to maintain accuracy in reporting and financial tracking
• Assist in the development and maintenance of our central purchasing technology platform
• Drive the onboarding and supplier management of new key member hotels
• Develop dashboards that visualize KPIs governing hotel performance, identifying trends and optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with leadership to create executive-facing presentations that translate data insights into strategic decisions.
• Flex across multiple business segments in support of high growth company initiatives
• Contribute to project teams as an active member, with an emphasis on creating high-quality deliverables
• Prepare and present clear, high-quality presentations, reports, and other documents in an engaging and effective manner as required
• Articulate recommendations to senior client executives and senior management
• Establish and maintain your personal brand identity in a particular industry, skill set or knowledge base

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2-3 years of experience in project management, consulting, data management, or business analytics
• Strong project management skills across cross-functional initiatives
• Experience reconciling and cleaning data across multiple sources for ingestion into databases
• Ability to build dashboards and work with visualization tools
• Excellent interpersonal skills; oral and written communication skills
• Proven work ethic and comfort with significant workload
• Ability to travel when deemed essential

Preference Will Be Given To Candidates Who Have:

• Track record of excellence (promoted early, recognized for their achievements, and can provide quality samples of past work)
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, Tableau or other relevant data management tools
• Familiarity with GPO purchasing models or supplier marketplaces in hospitality procurement.
• Consulting experience or ability to communicate complex findings to leadership in a structured, actionable manner.
