BrightSpring Health Services - - Responsibilities: Greet visitors in a courteous, professional, and timely manner; Assist with answering incoming calls from patients, staff, physician offices, referral sources, etc., and transfer callers to the appropriate person or department; Communicate patient information to appropriate staff as needed to provide the highest level of care; Select an appropriate clinician for patient assignment based upon patient needs, location of the patient, and skill of the clinician; Provide administrative support for the agency by performing general office duties, including maintaining an adequate stock of supplies needed for staff and patient care
