You will learn how to identify properties that may present acquisition opportunities, reach out to homeowners, understand seller motivation, and gather information needed to evaluate potential transactions. Through consistent prospecting, database outreach, and follow up, you will develop the skills to recognize opportunities, schedule appointments, and build relationships with owners who may be considering selling.

Working alongside experienced real estate professionals, you will gain practical knowledge of property valuations, investment criteria, market research, and acquisition strategies. You will learn how to assess potential deals, communicate with interested investors, prepare offers, negotiate terms, and navigate the transaction process from the initial conversation through closing.

Coaching, mentorship, and ongoing accountability will help you improve your sales conversations, strengthen your negotiation abilities, and establish productive daily routines. You will have access to established systems and professional guidance to help you organize your pipeline, manage prospective opportunities, and develop consistent business through property owner relationships.

Compensation:

$160,000 at plan commissions

Responsibilities:

• Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction
• Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward
• Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM
• Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research

• Follow the team plan

Qualifications:

• Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented
• Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments

• Real estate license
• Ability to have a first impression over the phone
